i think asian can be played in english, well only fighting game in japanese arent hard to play, not like with a rpg

Well Last Blade and Gals Fighters are somewhat difficult to play as japanese versions since you don't know about the item's special abilities.
Well and besides that you're missing the phantastic story
But as far as I know both of the games mentioned by you, redrum666, can be played in english with the japanese version.

Both KOF-R1 and Samurai Shodown 1 can be played with English text when your NGPC is set to English language option.
This is true of both the Asian and Japanese versions.
I think there was a limited number of these titles released in clam cases with English language manuals and insert, if this was for a Euro or US release I am unsure.
