What are your opinions on which is best? IMO Biomotor Unitron is best, but I was wondering how the other stack up to it (falslei, ogre battle, etc.)

I know that Biomotor Unitron is a very good rpg. The Ogre Battle series have also have a lot of respect for being a good strategy game. I haven't played it for NGPC but if it's like the console versions, then it should be good. I've never heard of Falsei though, so i'm not sure about it.

I have given Biomotor Unitron the most of my time out of all the NGPC rpgs.

I'd like to play Armoured Century Unitron, but is Japanese only :(

if you like biomotor unitron, you might like
faselei.
you stock your robot with different parts and the
story line is pretty cool.
i havent played too much of it yet, but from
what i have gotten is pretty cool.
its reccommended, but expensive ;(

I gotten Biomotor Unitron because it's the only two games I could afford, Biomotor is indeed fun, I like Faselei! alot more, because it has a storyline and a two player battle mode. <img src="graemlins/loco.gif" border="0" alt="[Loco]" />

I like the story in Biomotor Unitron! It is not as intricate as Faselei! but is compelling enough.

I have not tried either in 2 player, but am guessing that Faselei! would prove far more involving.

I think Faselei! using it's TIPS system is a harder game to get into, and if you don't get on with it, then that's just it.

Biomotor Unitron's use of a traditional battle/exploration system makes it far more accessible.

I have yet to really get into Faselei! although I have tried on many occasions, I had the same problem with Sacnoth's other title Dive Alert, and am wondering if their game design is just not so great...

I played all of them, and my fav is Ogre Battle. You have to have a good understanding of Japanese to really enjoy it though--unlike me, so I only played abit.

But the only NGCP RPG I beat was Evolution (technicaly, you can't really beat it, but I am in the final dungeon so...), and I barely played the rest except Dark Arms, so...

Kind of. They are all strategy RPG. However, this ver, like the rest of Ogre Battle series, plays abit differently than the FF tactics. But, Ogre Battle Tactics closely resemble FF Tactics (came after Ogre Battle) in set up & gameplay. It's not surprsing, as many Ogre Battle Tactics developers (Quest), created the FF Tactics game--hence so many simialr features. One a side note, at one point, Ogre Battle Tactics for SFC was the best selling game in Japan I believe. Too bad that FF Tactics didn't do that well on Japan.

BTW, if you like Ogre Battle Tactics but in Eng, it's coming to US GBA sometime in near future.

Faselei is the best for me, not only because it has a cool plot, nice graphics and a unique battle system, but also because it's the only one I own :D
