even if it's not real, it looks awesome. Very in tune with the style of snk.

It looks like a NGPPSP. I'm undecided about whether it simply being licensed vs. manufactured by SNK is a good thing or not.

If this is real, it's a day one purchase for me.

It's not the wisest of positions, but regardless of ANYTHING ELSE we hear about this ... if it gets released, I'm going to end up buying it.

Oh yeah, for the Neo-Geo theme alone. Good find Ray Ray.

It certainly fits in with SNK's aesthetics.

Truly, a portable Neo-Geo.

They did throw in some games that I don't think they've released in any of the console comps as of yet: Top Players Golf, NAM-1975, Mutation Nation (one of my personal favorites), Football Frenzy, League Bowling (Awesome!) and Baseball Stars.

2 gigs of internal memory plus the SD slot should give you more than enough room for the entire AES library (once this thing is hacked).

The only thing I don't like is the font for the ABCD buttons
...
It's 2012 and I'm nitpicking a gorgeous looking SNK handheld; Mayans were right

Pretty sweet. I could see myself picking one up if it's of good quality. It would be a nice addition to be able to link a couple for some two-player action. Even better, just add a controller port and two people could share the same screen à la Sega Nomad! :lolz:

I want this to be real, good lord I do. Gotta have more info, though. Doesn't anyone find it weird this has shoulder buttons, too?
WTF would you need those for?

LR buttons = not so subtle answer as to whether or not this thing will be able to emulate other hardware/games?

Considering the shoulder buttons and the 16:9 screen I would say that although has the Neo Geo name on it, the device is going to run other systems/games as well.

Also it's curios that is branded SNK instead of SNK Playmore
