Take some photos!

If what you say is correct then you may well have an unreleased game... but at least post some photos.

It's unreleased. It was (supposedly) made for the NeoGeo but was never circulated.

So, looking through this guys posts - he seems to have an electronics background.

Know what he's doing in terms of soldering, fixing broken traces, knowledge of different chips and logic.

But he has no idea what Pair Pair Wars is?

And no idea how to attempt to get it working?

Been a registered member since '08 buying up MVS carts... but he just remembered he had this?

It does make you think but I read on the "Top 10 Neo games, (no fighters, no slugs, no shumps)" - see page 2 where a forum member reg since 2004 hadn't heard of Bang Bang Busters. So it is possible that he has not heard of Pair Pair Wars. It's not April yet so let's wait for pics etc. If true, I'm sure Xian Xi can sort the cart out and if allowed, dump the rom for everybody to have :buttrock:

EDIT: I've just read dragonpt's comment on Tonk's thread and so I'm guessing he's just trolling?

Definitely looks legit.. but strange why only one board.
I am not 100% sure, but that could be why it does not boot... :scratch: :D

That does indeed match the Master List's NGH# for Hebereke's Pair Pair Wars, for what it's worth.

Just pointing it out. I'm not going one way or the other on this.

It's really weird, just been checking all my MVS carts and found this one;

Doesn't boot but label states Garou: Mark and then the rest is cuted

He's sent a picture of the PCB for MOTW. Joker!!

See MVS Scans;

Sorry Dave... nice try. But here is a KoF99 board...

Does it look similar...? A few boards have the same board layout.
Also, the chips on the Garou say 253-xx and the Pair Pair (he says) has 226-xx

I think we need to see some better PCB pics and a definitely a pic of the label... agree the sticker looks a bit sus though.

There's no point in seeing better pictures or more of them. He said he got the game in 1994/95 and unless he's stepdad was working on a time machine in Japan...he doesnt have jack...
