Yes it exists, that's why the color version has added color to the name just like Neo Geo Cup '98 plus, Baseball Stars and Pocket Tennis. I already own the Japanese version and I am really searching for a English version.

the only UK version of any of the original B&W I've seen is the KoF R-1 and that auction just ended early.
