SCAM!!!!!!!!! (ghettod a.k.a. robinhood)

Ok. Remember about 2 weeks ago ghettod was selling neo pocket stuff right here on this board (which was against the rules, but that's minor...). He was selling the UK version cart only, and I bought it. I had someone who wanted to buy that and cotton cart only UK from me for 100$. I recieved the game, US version. Today, I messaged him saying that I wanted a refund because I got that. Here's what he replied...

WHAT!? Listen man, the us version was never made i bought it as the Uk version
and thats what it is, so maybe you should check around and get your shit
straight before you start making assumptions, and man do everyone a favor and
dont buy shit from anyone on the webb cause i think your to young to handle it.

I was lucky to still have this message, because he recently unregistered but my email message kept this. He isn't in the directory anymore. It wasn't much lost, so I am not dying over it, but the member that wanted faselei and cotton dropped out and a friend in real life quit the deal. I'm not going to sue, I'm just not happy. And also, his message is utter garbage, he obviously doesn't keep up with the neo pocket. There is a US version, his frickin version had an ESRB rating on it! Just felt like tell this to the rest of the members.

EDIT: This is now a scam. This has been months too long, I better get my package back. People who just came to the topic, read through it all. An obvious, flagrant bad seller.

yes, it was faselei. I recieved the game, but I got dumped on 3-4 deals just because of it not being UK. And yes, there's almost no difference, but I wanted my money back because of it's value being 10x lower

That just sucks, ghettod just wanted to play you for a sucker. Actually, for all we know, he might even still be on the board under a different registered board name. Goes to show you can't really be too careful, seeing is believing, you know?

I dont understand why the US version (which is supposedly not existing until recently) is less valuable that the confirmed UK version. Wouldnt a long lost version bring more than the norm?

I also bought some stuff from him, but haven't received anything yet ...

I paid by Paypal 5th March, with despatch planned for the following day (7 - 10 days airmail).
18th March - no games, so I asked for confirmation that they had been posted.
Replied that games posted 11th March, and I should receive them by end of last week.
24th March - no games yet.

I'll see what happens this week.

US is NOT UK.
Even if HE cant tell the difference, its not your fault.
An honest seller would refund.

number one bro i didnt jump off the board cause i wanted tor rip you off, i felt like since i joined the board i was cool with everyone i have become to busy with work to mess with the neo pocket. i sold my stuff thats why i left, finnil your shit is on the way and has been on the way please have patience with the mail system it was sent airmail as when it arrives you will see that, as for capcom fan you have bugged the shit outta me over this before you even got it, i thought it was the Uk version and as far as im concerned there was no amrecian version, so if you wanna bitch and moan over a game i can put on ebay and get more for than i sold it to you for i beleive 35 bucks(less than i payed for it) whitch you were gonna turn around and make money off of send the bitch back and ill refund, i have made deals with other people on this board and have never had a problem aswell as on ebay, so again i didnt leave the board over this kids bullshit, there are always 2 sides to a story,

He STILL hasn't responded and/or refunded me. He HAS read the message, and I'm not going to sit around waiting for him to refund me. He's been VERY unprofessional and was wrong to reply to my message like that when I told him I wanted a refund. Not only that, I STILL don't understand why he changed his name. I could care less about the name change, but he should refund me soon

This seller flagrantly insults me when I contacted him, and after TWO MONTHS of me talking to him through PM I finally got through to him with his address. I sent the item as stated by COD, no money yet.
