That page is talking about the audio player and the responses from SNK when reached for comment.

First it talks about the development, they were able to fit 32 MB of data on the cartridge, approximately 74 minutes of music but they were considering the possibility of pushing the limit past 74 minutes. SNK wanted to sell the product as soon as possible, but they hadn't set the decision in stone yet. - 2000 April

After the game show, we renewed it (renewed development, renewed interest? Kind of vague here). SNK wanted to test the handheld market for this kind of product a little bit more, they knew how they wanted to market it (probably like, target audience, campaign it as a walkman alternative, some such thing like that) but the details are still very much up in the air. - 2000 October

Afterwards information regarding the audio player stopped.

Fascinating...Shows how we got shafted on games, considering 3 of the top 10 were JPN only...

BTW, does anybody else find their fascination w/ delta warp bizarre? That dude, and like 4 other JPN ngpc sites have entire sections dedicated to it! WTH is up w/ that?

Yeah, Delta Warp is damn cool. And it's in English! I find myself strangely into the puzzle games (Picture puzzle, Delta Warp, Puzzle Link...) Although I have recently reacquainted myself with Neo Turf Masters. That game just rocks. And in a handheld of all things....

It's not a fake. It's a special Christmas card SNK made that looking like an NGPC. Says so on that page.

Here's the translation:

SSC Goods (not sure what SSC is an abbreviation of). The card is the same size as the actual body of a Neo Geo Pocket Color. Opens up to 2 times its original size. Since it's a Christmas card, Athena, Kyo, and Iori three people are dressed up as Santas.
