Unfortunately there were MANY games that were flooded out for the NGPC only in Japan right after the NGPC was discontinued in the US. I'd recommend <a href="http://www.gamefaqs.com's" target="_blank">www.gamefaqs.com's</a> listings however there are many games on it that were never released and other discrepencies.

Just start small man, get all the US games first, that in and of itself is SOMETHING right? In fact that's a lot, it's like more than half the games that were released for it worldwide.
Also, remember that a LOT of the Japan only games are even more gambling/pachinko/majgong iterations. So maybe just go for getting everything BUT those?
