Was Super Dodgeball ever a AES cart,or was it MVS??Also where there any conversion carts of it made????

There is no official AES.

I suspect there is a conversion of it.

There are a lot of conversions floating around; mostly from !Arcade!. The official one is MVS only, and fairly rare as well. It's awesome as an arcade game, but unless you have a ton of skilled competition on a regular basis, I couldn't see getting much play from it at home. I had it once myself...
