Even More Cheap Games At Play-Asia

I just wanted to let you guys know that my 2 copies of Fatal Fury arrived in the mail, today.

Did any of you also order from Play-Asia? If so, how did it go?

Got mine, went pretty well, plenty for my friends. Arrived in a week, thumbs up for me, wish they knew more about the Neo Geo Pocket Color and they would have snagged Faselei then, now videogamewholesale AKA classicgamesource.com has it, and I'm not thrilled about them because I remember wanting to order stuff from them and their inventory system was just plain horrible, plus their website had lots of downtime.

Just got my stuff from Play-Asia today. They're pretty good, well packaged and came pretty quickly.

One thing that ticks me off though... I ordered the 10th Anniversary Sonic for Dreamcast because I never got around to picking it up and figured it should be in my DC collection. Well, the box is in rough (and I mean rough) shape and even the blue booklet that holds the CD/coin/book has crushage on the bottom of the spine at the back.

Granted, there are tons of these floating around and it was like $10, but this is not collectors condition. very_ang I'm thinking of mentioning it to them, but not sure if it's even worth the trouble considering the cost/availability of this product.

Anyone dealt with them regarding a problem with what you recieved before? Would they even care? It wouldn't be worth shipping it back to them if that's what would be required for me to get another one. frown

Email them. They have been extremely friendly with me and tried to answer my questions satisfactorily. Definitely don't blow up on them, because these are all clearance stuff from Sega's China warehouse and if there's some damage, ask them if it's possible to replace it and it's well possible they may do so for you.

Got a reply from Tom at Play-Asia today. He basically appologized for the condition of the item and said they'll send me another one at no charge to me without having to send the damaged one back.

That's great! Tom is a good guy. I'm sure they're not making much on the clearance games, either. I would bet that they spend more shipping it to you than the two put together are worth.
