MVS-4-25: Pentranic CH-288 monitor woes continue

Just had my monitor serviced recently; worked beautifully for a couple days, but now the monitor won't even power on. Just a steady "click" emanating from the monitor chassis. (Perhaps a high-voltage shutdown device)?

Boo-hoo. I waited three months to receive my new and improved chassis, but now I am back to where I started.

Any ideas?
