bought a neo geo pocket color yesterday

I got the neo geo pocket color I won on ebay yesterday with fatal fury. God i love this thing. I thought I'd never be able to play fighting games on a portable system (i cant stand gba's dpad).

I definetly want to get the slugs but what other games would you suggest.

Pretty much all the fighting games, and definitely Cardfighter's Clash!

TBH, most of the English language games are worth having - with the exception of the Bacarat/Neo 21/Cherry Masters type games which only have value for a completist.

Particular favourites of mine are Card Fighters Clash which is essential, Turf Masters, Puzzle Bobble and both of the Metal Slugs.

Personally, I'm not that hot on the fighters (That's going to go down like a lead balloon in this forum) but I can't actually fault them. I'm just crap at fighting games

But, like I say, you're unlikely to be disappointed in any of the major UK/US releases

one more thing if you have an american ngpc with the english setting but you have a japanese card fighters clash will it play in english?
