How much does a copy of this game usually go for?
Not hardshell, but cardboard copy...

US or Japan...i forget which I saw :p
What're both their USUAL going rates?

Well, personally I don't really care US/JPN/Euro versions.

I prefer JPN one. Too bad that I don't understand what I got after I beat the game. JPN version is the cheapest overall. $30 shipped for new and $20 used.

US is $35 shipped for used and $40 for new
Euro is $40 used and $50 + for new

You would want the US or UK version because the Jap version will not display in english.
