Actually, thinking more about it, I'd call it off if you don't want to sell or think you can get a higher price breaking it up. Unless you agreed to pay in installments before the auction ended, you could agree to not complete the transaction by eBay rules, I believe.

Yes, I'm still waiting to get paid for my complete NGPC collection. He wants to pay in installments
Oh dear.

Make sure they are non refundable installments and he only gets the collection when he gives you that last one :)

Wow, that's ridiculous. How much did the auction end for again?

Maybe you could charge him interest.
At least you might be able to skim a little more money off him by charging slighly higher shipping for seperate items as he pays each installment.

Agreed if you decide to sell to him - wait until the last payment before you send anything

If you do agree to installments, and part shipments, make sure you keep the rarer games until last.
Otherwise, he'll have no incentive to keep paying once he's got Pocket Reversii.

Oh, that is so lame... Yeah, basically what everyone else said. Take his money (insist on at least 25% up front though) and put it in a high interest bank account.

*then* offer to ship the games to him in installments...

Cheers

IT all sounds like hard work.
I'd be inclined to relist - maybe with a BIN of £1500 for a quick sale ?

If you were to send him the games in installments, you would be able to watch him selling them to raise the next payment!

He's a joker, and a timewaster.

I'd go this, or just report him and re-list.
-Non-payer warning.
7 days to pay.
Then re-list.

He's bound to fuck you about even more if you let hm start now.

Maybe you should just set up a display case, and charge people admission for looking at your collection. Frankly, I've grown so weary of eBay members that welch on my auctions, I've given up listing there because eBay takes a percentage, PayPal takes a percentage, welchers also eat a percentage, pah, no thank you.

Hey, well that's not too bad at all for an installment.

I thought he was going to do something dastardly like monthly payments of £50 or something. :)
