You might want to check out National Console Support, they have a much better price ($29.00) and although it is the Japanese version, fear not, the cartridge is a dual language version so just set your internal setting to English and you can play the game A-OK.

I know, but what can you do? It's not like they are in a hurry to liquidate Neo Geo Pocket Color stock anyways, the console is awesome and the games are awesome, there will always be people who want to play Neo Geo Pocket Color.

Can i set the internal settings to english in a japanese slimline ngpc? Also is there a list somewhere that shows all the games that support both english and japanese text?

Yes, you can switch the internal settings of a Slimline between Japanese and English (though, I've never owned a Slimline yet so I'm basing this on Hearsay).
I think the pocket master list might list the cartridges that have dual language. Here's my own list, based on my own collection or stuff I used to own:

Samurai Spirits (Samurai Shodown)
Samurai Spirits 2 (Samurai Shodown 2)
Metal Slug 1st Mission

<a href="http://www.telegames.com" target="_blank">www.telegames.com</a> looks like they have Card Fighters Clash US version, but you never know, and their prices are ridiculous. $59.95 for every NGPC games, even Cherry Master? No thank you.
