Address error, uniBIOS code given, what does it mean?

Hello everyone, i just received a Strikers 1945 PLUS cart for MVS, and when i put it in it loads up to just after the NEO-GEO screen, and then has a screen about an address error:

ADDRESS ERROR

Address: 00010A34
AC ADRS: FFFFFFFF
R/W: READ

Which board will i find the issue with on this one?

Disassemble the cart and clean the edge connectors with a big pink pencil eraser and try again.

Gamecart check looks like a bankswitching problem. It's reading the second 2MB half of the P2 ROM (tested good) in the areas where it should be reading the first 2MB half.

In that case it should be one of these 3 connections on the prog board:

cart edge A6 -> LS74 pin 12
cart edge A28 -> LS74 pin 11
LS74 pin 9 -> P2 ROM pin 32

It seems pin 32 on P2 is connected to pin 10 on LS74??

No its not, i cant count!!

There was a jumper that was only half on, ill test it and let you know.
