A question for our tech gurus, and European members: I'd really like to play some of the European exclusive games for the PSX, so what would be the best route to accomplish this?
I have a NTSC system US, so would modding it to play pal would grant me ability to play pal, but what about screen issues? Can I somehow use a PAL system in the US? If so, do I need a special monitor?
If anyone can break it down for me, that would be great.
