Sound is not right

I just got my AES JP system and the sound has a ton of static. Is this due to the power supply being from JP? What can I do to fix this?

Everything else seems to work fine.

I don't think the trouble is because of the power supply...

Do you have the same sound with the phone plug ? blow_top
