After talking with Ramad at dinner tonight, what would you guys say to a small gathering thing with games n shit? I'm thinking Saturday the 20th or 27th. I PMed Ghengis to see if we could use his party room again (because it's really awesome) but if anyone has his number, that'd probably be a faster way to reach him.

Whatcha think? We can still go get dinner that evening, but it'd be fun to play some games together too.

Which date would you guys prefer, the 20th or the 27th?

20th would work better for me. I have a Petuniaversary on the 27th.

I prefer the 20th over the 27th as well.

I'll be there, but with the way I have my systems hooked up, it'll be tough to drag them along unless I have extra cables. I can bring games and portable systems, though (Lost my DS Lite in the move, but have DS XL and 3DS). I don't have money to get a new DS Lite.

Sorry, I can only bring a TV with modern hookups It doesn't have composite, but it has coax. :\

I can bring my 4 slot CMVS and controllers- but don't feel like dragging a flat screen too- someone bring a tv...With component would be great!... Guys bring MVS carts!

Genghis says when he went to check on the date, someone else is trying to book the room for the 20th so he'll keep us posted on that.

Thoughts, anyone? This gathering is coming up soon, so this kind of thing needs to be hammered out fast.

If Genghis is comfortable with folks being in his pad then we may as well go with it.

The concerns will be space, seats for folks, and outlets for people bringing setups.

I don't have the space to host. And I don't think Genghis really does in his place, either, no offense to his living space (which is quite nice, just not for 15+ people). I mentioned it to Poodude and he would consider hosting at his place in Eden Prairie, if we don't have too many people. It's probably too soon to reserve a hotel space and have us each pay in a little bit on it like we've done in the past.

The other option is to nix this all together if it doesn't work out.
