Neo PCB Down

I just got a Neo Geo 1-slot PCB off ebay, and after about half an hour of play the picture gets wobbly and then after about 5 mins of that it turns black+white and wobbly. I thought it was my supernova, but my other Neo 1-slot PCB doesn't mess up on me even after 3 hours of play. Does anybody know whats up with this, or how I can get it fixed?

This is my old account. I wound up trashing the Supernova and parting out the controllers. It was junk. The power supply was not providing a constant +5 volts. The experience turned me off of Neo Geo until recently.
