KOF95 improved upon KOF94's netcode. I wonder if KOF96 netcode might reach even greater quality!

yay will finally be able to buy and own KOF96 on a modern console with arcade perfect emulation and quality controls (PS3 really has the best genre adaptable controller out of them all, although PS2 had better R2 and L2 buttons.)

I Wish they'd offer the BEST games first and then these titles last.

Well, if you're willing to stretch it across two consoles, you could always get NGBC and KOF '02 UM on XBLA.
As for SS Anthology, the closest you're going to get is by purchasing SS I, II and III on the Wii's VC (no idea when IV will be coming out; doubtful about V and V Special seeing the light of day anytime soon, and the less said about SS Tenka, the better).

If NGBC is ever gonna be on PSN, they better have the 2D backgrounds back.
