Display Problem

I've got a display problem that I hope someone can help with. I've never noticed this before even though I've been into the Neo for almost 6 years. When playing my US cart system, the picture at the very top of the screen subtley shifts from left to right. I only notice it if I'm actually looking for it or if I pause the game. I have my system connected to the TV with an AV Cable. Like I said I've never noticed this before. Is this normal? Any help would be appreciated.

You may be experiencing dot crawl. RF & AV outs on neos are often pretty bad. My old cart system did something similar. I now use my svideo mod & have no such problem, so you may wish to try that. I owned my neo for many years before I really noticed it. However, once I did notice it, it drove me nutz. I'm just glad Jeff Kurtz was able to set me up with such a great job as he did on my neo.
