fixing a Phantom-1...

How much would it cost to get a Phantom-1 fixed? Because apparently, mine doesn't work (presumably got damaged in shipping during a trade <IMG SRC="smilies/crying.gif" border="0"> ), and I want to get it into a trade for KOF2000 AES.

If either Shawn or Ray could do it, please PM me.

Did you put it in the slot the right way?
RCA on the left side.

If you own a US system it may not work with serial numbers below 10,000.

I put it in the right way, and I even got the connectors on the system replaced as part of the original deal. It wasn't in my getting the P1 that it was damaged; it was in a trade with Kyo 2000 (during shipping, I believe; it worked fine prior).

I suppose it would have to be inspected by someone who has a good grasp of what could be wrong to find out.

Regarding the above:

r.young@phantom1.com let's see if we can correct this problem.

We will be clearing up a few misconceptions and old wives tales regarding the converter such as, "It got broke when it was shipped" and "It does not work with a system with that serial number" and our favorite "That chip out of the corner must of happened when it was shipped".

14 day's and counting until the wind-up.

Contact !Arcade!, they might be able to help you out. They're really the only alternative you have on this matter, IMO.
