I just was wondering, because I recently purchased a game that is quite loose inside and the casing seems a little bit stressed. In other words, I have to force it to fit in my NGHC system. Thanks for the help in advance.

As far as I know this is how you do it: you need to pry the two parts of the case apart, start at the bottom of the cart and work your way up slowly (be careful not to damage the plasic casing). There are no screws holding it together, just plasic clips. And remember kids, don't try this at home <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0">

I want you to read this and READ this GOOD!
First you need to USE force and be careful...
You start the process by observing that 'GROOVE' or that 'NOTCH' on the right hand side of the cart(label facing you)...you see it?? Ok. That is the starting point on how you open up the cart...but 1st
you are going to have to peel back that label on top of cart to expose the seem of the cart(you don't wantto destroy the label)
OK. Get a piece of sturdy typing paper and a BLOW DRYER place the paper even with the label(you will have to cut paper down to be even with the label end to end) blow the hot air from the blow dryer on the label & at the same time you want to work the label up with the paper edge...
You must have something even with the edges of the label so you don't have that 'PEEL' look that you do with your nails picking up one side(you know, that wrinkle look, that's a NO-NO).
Okay, now that you've exposed the the seems you can begin opening up your cart casing.
I place the cart to my chest with the NOTCH exposed on the opposite side. brace your hands on both pieces of the case(back (or base)and label side)that corner where the knotch is and 'push inward' on the label side(or part) of the case holding the back(the base) firmly...this will unlock that corner .Repeat this process clock wise forcing the label piece of the cart inward.
when you close the cart up...close it counter-clockwise.I suggest you be very careful or get practice with a 'SHIT' cart or something... because if you're not careful you can damage the plastic latches that hold the cart in place... I mean if you're too forceful...
take your time....
Did I explain that good enough???
Remember you force the label side inward and the cart will unlock..DO NOT PULL UP on the cart before it's willing to pop up you will damage the latch!

I forgot to mention there are plastic latches within the cart on all four corners of the cart and one in the top center...

Excellent BB, that is an awesome description. Maye you should right up a little FAQ or something with all the info you just mentioned, I know it will most likely help a lot of people out.
