6000000 Hz pixel clock / 384 H / 264 V = 59.1856060~ Hz

Thanks. Where did you find the H and V values? I thought 320x224 was the res, or do those numbers represent something else?

320x224 is viewable (it's not entirely viewable because some falls into overscan). There is time (and signal) outside the active or viewable part of the display required for synchronizing the raster.
