Yeah, but it isn't sold as that. Look for a MIDI cable, a PC joystick extension, or a 15-pin D-sub cable.
There is a guy on eBay who buys cables, puts them in new packages making them look like they are SNK made, but they are just overinflated crap.
One problem may be in finding them. That type of extension cable was mainly sold for MIDI and Joystick extension. With the advent and wide use of USB in the last few years, they are no being mass-produced in the same numbers they were 5 years ago. Radio Shack can order them for you.
