SH3 Board Colour Issue

I recently bought a Mushihimesama board described as non-working. You might have seen it on the shmups forums.

The game plays fine, the only problem with the board is that the image it outputs is saturated blue. I'm wondering if this is something I could fix by replacing a resistor, or maybe reflowing some solder.

Anybody have any experience working on Cave SH3 boards? I'll include an image of one.

Trace back from the jamma edge where the video signals come from.

I can't see any physical damage in those areas.

It looks like the board may have taken a fall. The black heatsink in the top right was raised up from the board, and the solder broken around the two posts that hold it on the board. When I get some time I'll push it flush to the board and resolder the posts.

There is also a small scratch in that area on the solder side of the board.
