Eprom repair!!Some problems...

Hi,

I'm trying to repair a metal slug 1 that it has a bad V1.
I bought a Willem programmer GQ4X
Adapter 16 bit
AC adaptor
UV eraser

About the eprom I tried to use an ST M27C322 (is it right??) but nothing,it doesn't work,all was ok during the operation but after doing it the NEO GEO board don't recognize the eprom installed....
What is the problem?

Of course the programmer works great because I burned some CPS2 eproms and they works now

From what I remember the V Roms are 8 bit. Split it and use some 160s.

It means that for V roms I can't use the ST M27C322?what's eproms can I use?

27C160. You need to split the file.

You can't use 27c322 because it only runs on 16-bit mode. The 27c160 can run in both 8-bit and 16-bit modes.

ok thanks so I'll use 27c160 for the V roms,I found these eprom:

Can I use this eprom 27c160 for the P and C roms too?
