Can any 25 inch monitor fit and is compatible with my dedicated 25 inch Neo Monitor?

Help!! My monitor on my dedicated (red neo cab) is on it's last legs and I was wondering if a 25 inch monitor from those Japanese sit down cabs will fit and is fully compatible with my Neo cab. It's the same one that Shawn has on this site.
