World Heroes Hanzo move

Cannot get this guy to do the "dragon punch". On world heroes 2 I can get it every time from each side facing each direction. But it never works on World Heroes 1. Playing on MVS arcade. Is it different or something?

NM, got it. You can't hit forward when doing the move or it cancels it. Makes it very hard.

yeah it has to be the perfect input otherwise it wont come out.
