OK- I had heard many different concerns about switching form a one slot to a six slot in a jamma cab. I did it today and wired in a select button (works well) The only area I'm having problems with is the sound. It sound like SH__! I had heard I need to ground speaker wires to make it mono, I need the easiest way to do this. I don't want to ruin anything, I also want to use my six slot!!
Can it be done easily - without soldering,etc. <IMG SRC="smilies/ohno.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/ohno.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/ohno.gif" border="0">

Try this:
Connect speaker + to one side of your speaker
speaker - to one side of the other speaker, if you have 2 (if not, just skip that).
connect ground to the other side of each speaker.
you'll have to do a bit of soldering to get a good connection for that.

connect speaker + (pin 10 on the parts side) to your speaker as usual (should be connected already) and the other wire of the speaker to GND on the harness... try both pin 11 on the solder side (bottom side of the board) and pin 1 (both sides).

Thanks,
I will try and then let you know - I always got confused when they say parts side/solder side.
