Weird Bolts in the Back of My 4-slot MVS Cabinet

There are a few bolts (four?) on the back of my MVS cabinet towards the top. Kinda behind the monitor. Anyway, they at a glance appear to be allen wrench (Hex/6-sided hole) type bolts. However, in the middle of the "hole" is a piece of metal that gets in the way of sticking an allen wrench in there.

I saw on Bob Roberts' page that he sells a Torx Security Bit and Handle set for $7. Is this what I need to crack that sucker open? I thought Torx bolts were the ones that had a "star" shape.

Yup, that's a torx security bit. Just make sure you get it in the right size.
