S-VIDEO Question (NGCD related)

ok, I've got a Brazilian Neo Geo CD system (yep they where made in Brazil too, SNK of Brazil, Manaus) and I wanted to know if S-VIDEO is related to the machines norm: i.e, the machine works on Pal.M - if I want to use it on an NTSC T.V. with S.VIDEO, can I do so? or because it has not been modified to NTSC, it will not work?

I want to know coz I want to sell it cheap abroard but I won't post at the selling forum without knowing what the deal is first.

nope, won't work like that. s-video is color carrier frequency dependant exactly like component/AV.. so you get b/w.
