Is there any way to get infinite credits on a NGH with debug bios?

I know I can just insert as many credits as I need with controller 2, but is there any way to set it on free play? Also, how do I use the dip switches on the bottom of the debug menu? I turned on dip #7 for both players which I thought was free play, but it still says to insert coins. Any help would be appreciated.

No, you can't activate freeplay with the Debug-Bios on a NGH. Freeplay can be only activated with Hard Dip7, which is physical on a MVS-Board. The Dips in the Debug-Bios are Debug Dips.
