Would it not have the opposite effect?
More people will now be able to play it through MAME, so there would be an increase in demand for the original. This would then push the price up with it, would it not?

yea you are probably missing the .nvram on most games. I cant remember what version started requiring that for audit. :(

I am up to 141 and it seems that Ketsui and Espgaluda have stopped working.

Now that I have been able to give Ketsui a whirl, I now understand all of the hype about it. Probably one of the best shmups I have played in a long awhile.

I dont think shmupmame 3.0b has the .141u1 changes included but it does give lagless support for Bakkraid, Batrider, and Garegga
which in itself is fucking :buttrock:

Yeah, shmupmame is a blessing. I always thought the reason games in mame felt a little off was because of monitor lag until I tried it out.

Not shooting games, but I just heard Knuckle Bash and Fixeight have sound now too!

So what kind of specs do we need to run Ketsui?

Bigtinz link played but it didn't function too well for me (had to restart) - couldnt exit the emu or the rom (pushed esc, ctrlaltdelet, etc).

Bigtinz roms in ratsons shmups mame only resulted in dodonpachi working - the others did not.

Im using an old ass laptop with a celeron.

lol celery processor. not sure what the minimum specs are but I got a C2D wolfdale 8400 and it runs great
