Where can I get 4-cell marquee lights for my MVS? PLEASE HELP!!!

I was sold via ebay a 4 slot cab, but there were / are many things unmentioned I have to tweak now, including an unmentioned burned out 4 cell marquee light. Any help MUCH appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If they are the same as in my cab (I have 3 little lights in a row on a little circuit board)
they are the same as used in cars or christmas lightings, I got mine from a car-parts shop.

No, but thank you. They are not 'bulb' lights, hence why I call them cells. They are almost like extremely flat floresent lights in that there is no actual filament, at least thats not what you see illuminate. They are extremely rare, especially when all four cells are working. They look like this:
