I have an MV-1F and I want to make some kind of shielding to protect the condensators and the bios so that cart swapping won't be as risky as it is now. Anyone know how to easily make one?

I too am planning this on my 1F very soon.

Anyone have any pics of ones they have done? or suggestions as to what material to use?

Also can I put another led in place of the red one? If so what do I need to ask for?

Sorry to Hijack but thought it would help the thread. :)

With my one the cart gets in so tight i have to pull from side to side around about 30 seconds before i can get the cart out cause if i try any quicker the cart will just hit the parts on the board on its way out,

Many times i have scratched the back of my hand on the mono/stereo flip switch in trying to get the cart out safely and many times i have had the cart hit the black barrel parts whatever they are called and flattened them which cant do them much good

its also a pain being too tight as well cause with the amount of tugging on the cart to loosen it it creates scratch marks on the cart, frown
