is the black phantom 1 converter worth 73 bucks. does it play newer mvs games such as motw

If I were you, I would get the newest version which is the blue version. The older versions have problems playing some games like Metal Slug. But, phatnom-1 is not 100% perfect, there are graphical problems, depending on the game or the converter.

If you aren't interested in playing the newer encrypted games, then it may be worth it. I don't think the newer KOFs (99 on up, although I could be wrong about 99) work with it.

Have you dealt with this guy before? If ya haven't, you should ask for references, because it could be a scam, don't make the same mistake that I did.

He's legit,I've dealt with him before and he's been a member here for about a year.
That's just one of a few great deals that can be had @ various times.
I also seen a few MVS carts go for good prices sold by KB.
