I was thinking about my dreamcast and the games I just got for it and how cool it would be to have it inside a cab.

Well how possible/hard would it be to make a dreamcast work on a standard jamma cabinet.
Im getting one soon and just was curious.

Easy, a friend of mine who knew nothing of arcade cabinets, or JAMMA did it in an afternoon... turned a beat up Sunset Riders 4player cab into a new looking (painted it like a SOB, it looked so good) Dreamcast cabinet... He sac'd a few cheap DC controlers and wired the buttons on the CP into them... then he could just plug them in the front of the DC. Wired the video with a hacked up DC cable, and same with the sound... all and all very simple mod,
