Is there an (easy) way to get the universe bios installed on a 1-slot that doesnt have socketed bios?

what kind of non-socketed bios? a surface mount one like on the mv-1B and C, or just a normally sized bios?

I think he means MV-1C. I don't know if anyone has tried to put the bios on one of those.

It won't fit on the un-socketed 1 slot MVS, since that is a different pinned chip annoyed

you'd have to desolder the chip and install 40 wires to a socket, then put the bios into that.
