Just finished s-video mod, the screen start to flip on the intro of samsho 2 and on the kof '96. Is it 'cuase I used speaker wire 16 gauge? Please, help me!!!

16 gauge? thats a bit much. try something smaller.....

Using larger wire will never hurt, only help. At least electrically. Larger wire can handle more current (safely) and has less of a voltage drop.
My screen would roll slightly at startup (logo) sometimes, but it doesn't stay, so I left it alone.
