Is Falsh rom/Bootleg MVS bad?

Hi, Every now and then, when buying a MVS game half the time you'll end up getting a bootleg/Flash Rom. Now I just want to know, if those game are bad and what are they different than original? Also is the cart's life shorter than the original?

Oh, one more thing. Can someone post a pic of what flash rom looks like. Because I think I know what it looks like when opening a MVS cart. I Just want to make sure.

I had Jeff Kurtz mod me a puzzle bobble cart that were flash roms and ive had no problem with it so far. He might have pics for you but they usually come on daughter boards.
