memory cards

is there any reason my memory card does'nt save hi scores?
i figure it must have something to do with batteries
also does my aes itself have a battery fitted internally?

Its not designed to save high scores, it only saves the stage of game play as far as I know.

They CAN save high scores. The games just weren't programmed to do this. How many arcade games do you remember keeping your high score AFTER they'd been turned off? ;)
