So, I got a Raiden Fighters cart and mobo, but there is a graphics/sync issue with it. The picture often looks like the hold on the cabinet is off on the left hand side.

I'd like to figure out if this is fixable and/or find out if the problem is most likely the mobo or the cart.

Any ideas? I'll post pics soon as obviously this will help...

Also, how do you tell what region the cart and mobo are for this system? I'll probably start looking for another cart/mobo for this system and ideally end up with a couple working games.

thanks!

hey there!

I think I have got this sorted, it seems to be tied to a specific cab, at this point I am assuming that it's the jamma harness.... though more testing is needed for sure!!

It could have to do with slight voltage variations between the two cabs as well I suppose... any way.... thanks for the offer, but I gotta rule out some more things first.

Seibu SPI boards sync at 54hz instead of the normal 60 and they have trouble syncing with some monitors because of it. Might have to adjust the hold.
