Is this Japanese 21 pin or Euro Scart???

Just want to know what this is before plugging it into a xrgb. It came with my sigma supergun, but the seller said he purchased it from someone in europe. The other end plugs into my supergun fine. I posted some pics. Don't know shit about scart cables. Thanks
