I've got a missing cap on a Taito F3... looking for cap value

I have a Taito F3, Asia region if that matters, and it has a broken off component at C27. It's along the right edge of the PCB near the small SW1 pushbutton. Could someone with an F3 check theirs and tell me what's supposed to be at C27?

EDIT: Added the cap today and it's working fine. I got the F3 cheap, 'as-is' with a broken component. I don't know if that cap is actually necessary, but didn't want to power it up without the cap and risk damage. Anyway, my kids and I played Bubble Bobble 2 for a couple hours tonight and it's working fine. Thanks again...
