Hello everybody
(finally I'm allowed to start a thread in this forum.)
Let me quickly introduce myself. I'm 34, Swiss and plan to build a custom MVS cab/controls-thing... I've been playing Neo Geo games on emulators for years and have decided it is time to finally go for the real hardware. My plan ist to work my way through the KoF Series.
However, I don't have enough room for a cab, so I will build something smaller using a computer screen. (I hope that's not considered blasphemy in this community)
a couple of pictures of my collection:
The Neo Geo CD games I own and which I used to rip the ISOs to play on my computer...
The MV-1A I bought to build my little machine... (came with Puzzle de Pon)
My MVS collection...
some hardware test's I've done so far... (from left to right: MV-1A / RGB2VGA converter / power supply / LCD screen)
now if only the control panel I bought on ebay would arrive so I could start building...
I guess, that's about it for the moment. I will keep you posted how my custom controls/cab progresses.
