I read on a post that I need a S-Video mod and a high serial number on my Neo AES system in order to use a MVS converter. Is this true? Can anyone help me, or send me a link where I can get info on the converter requirements? Thanks. <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">

Actually, the high serial number thing is because the cart connector has to be in a certain condition (the converter is very particular). For my part, I was able to use an old-style (homebrewed) converter on an unmodded system made in the mid-90s (Korean make). So, I think the high serial number is a safety precaution.

I have a recent Jap AES system, so that shouldn't be a problem. What about the S-Video issue?

S-video is not REQUIRED for the adapter. It obviously helps the image quality, but is not a pre-requisite.
