How about Giving your AES a paint job?

Seriously,
I already have 3 Black consoles, and a nice white AES would be a great change.

I honestly don't want to use ordinary house paint - brushstrokes would look awful and the paint quality sucks.

What would be a good paint solution to use?

Or can you buy replacement cases like those avaliable for the Dreamcast?

Seriously, if you have 3 Black consoles , I'm taking a guess that at least one of them would be a Genesis/Mega Drive...

Paint that instead... oh_no

Just go to PEP Boys and get some of that Plastic Interior Pait the Ricers use. It''l work fine
and relatively cheap.

Checkout a few hobby shops and look for the Tamiya Polycarbonite { lexan } spray paint used on RC car bodies , I imagine it would work very well on an AES conlole.

Your Right Candycab..That spray paint would be perfect.
I forgot about that.

There was an ebay auction some time ago, a seller who was getting rid of their white spraypainted AES.

Regardless of the quality of the paintjob, it just didn't look good at all. Maybe someone saved the pic and can share?
