Mvs cab speaker

Hi everyone, I'm not the best in electro thing, but I would like to change both spealer on my neo mvs cab. Can I replace by any model? Something is written at the back of speaker 8 holms? and 10W. Could I replace by 30w 4holms ???
Or I have to find the exact same things? ? ?
